Insider guide

Shopping Sunset Harbour.

The story

Sunset Harbour is a compact bayfront pocket of Miami Beach, just north of Lincoln Road off Alton Road, where locals shop, work out and eat brunch. It is quieter than Lincoln Road and built for an unhurried morning.

The core is three short blocks, 18th to 20th Street, with Purdy Avenue as the main street and Bay Road running parallel. Everything is walkable from the city garage at 1900 Bay Rd. Boutiques, beauty studios and boutique fitness share the blocks with juice bars, bakeries and casual restaurants.

What to Expect

The anchor is Eberjey (1905 Purdy Ave), the flagship of the Miami-born sleep and loungewear label, with pajama sets, robes and lace intimates, and the one stop worth the trip on its own. Frankie (1891 Purdy Ave) is a tightly edited women's boutique for knits, silk blouses and suiting, plus shoes, hats and jewelry. row. (1201 20th St) is Elise Chetek's home shop in an arched terracotta-and-mint space, with L'Objet, Reflections Copenhagen, Taschen and Phaidon books, and local ceramics. Gee Beauty is a mother-daughter studio for facials, brows and its own makeup line, and the shop inside Barry's carries Alo, lululemon and Vuori. Watch collectors should know about AP House Miami (1759 Purdy Ave), Audemars Piguet's 7,300-square-foot lounge-style salon, opened in March 2026.

Best Time to Visit

This neighborhood runs early. True Loaf and Pure Green open at 7am and Eberjey at 9am, while the boutiques close by 6 or 7pm, earlier than Lincoln Road. A weekday morning is easiest. Weekend brunch is the busy window, when street parking on Purdy Avenue and Bay Road fills quickly. If you're pairing it with Lincoln Road, do Sunset Harbour first and finish on Lincoln Road in the evening.

If You Only Have an Hour

Get a croissant at True Loaf Bakery (1894 Bay Rd), which is walk-in only. Walk over to Purdy Avenue for Frankie (1891 Purdy Ave) and Eberjey (1905 Purdy Ave), then finish on 20th Street at row. (1201 20th St).

Where to Eat

Lucali (1930 Bay Rd), the Brooklyn pizzeria's Miami Beach branch, holds a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand for its 18-inch pies from a brick oven. Barceloneta, at Purdy Avenue and 20th Street, is a tapas and gin bar for squid-ink rice and Basque cheesecake, and Pubbelly Sushi down 20th Street does short rib dumplings and a weekday happy hour. For breakfast or lunch, maman (1874 Bay Rd) is a French-style café and bakery.
